David is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and exceedingly patient when we wanted to see a variety of properties. And aside from being very fun, smart, and chill, he helped us find our dream home. We can not recommend this agent enough.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor than David Tomasko. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had very specific needs for a live/work space. David's in-depth knowledge of the buying process coupled with his extensive background in building made him a perfect fit for our needs. He always had great ideas for creative ways to build something up or take something down. We were pretty clueless about the whole process and David not only patiently and thoroughly answered our questions, but did so in a timely manner. He is very responsive to texts and emails. But most importantly, David was truly a blast to work with! His sense of humor, from our first meeting over coffee all the way to closing, put us at ease and made the whole process a lot of fun. David was really in our corner the whole time and went out of his way to make sure things were done right. His excellent preparation and homework provided us with a market analysis and recommendations for upgrades to sell the property. His professionalism and frequent communications were great to keep us posted on all activities throughout the process. As an added benefit, his prior contracting experience helped us to get repairs and quotes needed after the contracting with no problems at all, which was critical as we had limited time.

This knowledge helps him see through homes for potential buyers as to what can and cannot be done, and has a handle on costs and potential pitfalls. Dave helped me sell my row home this summer. I met with another agent in addition to Dave, and decided to go with Dave because I sensed that he understood my needs and also had a much better handle on the market in my neighborhood. We were under contract in 2 days for over the asking price. While Dave was great to work with as a seller (trustworthy, gave good guidance and good negotiation skills), it is as a buyer that I have come to appreciate just how good he is. I "inherited" another realtor for my house hunting out of state. Though she is a wonderful person, I haven't found the guidance I need for several important decisions I've had to make. I've contacted Dave several times to get his expertise and each time he's helped me to weigh pros and cons in order to make a sound decision. I'm so appreciative.
