David is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and exceedingly patient when we wanted to see a variety of properties. And aside from being very fun, smart, and chill, he helped us find our dream home. We can not recommend this agent enough.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor than David Tomasko. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had very specific needs for a live/work space. David's in-depth knowledge of the buying process coupled with his extensive background in building made him a perfect fit for our needs. He always had great ideas for creative ways to build something up or take something down. We were pretty clueless about the whole process and David not only patiently and thoroughly answered our questions, but did so in a timely manner. He is very responsive to texts and emails. But most importantly, David was truly a blast to work with! His sense of humor, from our first meeting over coffee all the way to closing, put us at ease and made the whole process a lot of fun. David was really in our corner the whole time and went out of his way to make sure things were done right. For all the above reasons and more I would whole heartedly recommend David Tomasko to friends and family!

David did a fantastic job helping us to list and sell our home and purchase a new one. He was always prepared, easy to reach when we had questions, and really went the extra mile. His comparable/valuation analysis was well thought-out, and he was an excellent guide through the negotiation process once we were ready to make an offer on our new home.

David is a stellar agent. He helped me sell my house last fall. Anyone who has bought or sold a house knows how arduous a process it can be, and David made it as easy and as stress-free as possible. In the neighborhood where I owned my home, most houses sit on the market for several months before selling. My house took weeks, and I owe that to David's expertise in how best to present and market a property. When I decide to buy again, David will be my go-to agent. I trust his real estate insight (it's invaluable) and I trust him to give me his honest opinion.

I can’t say enough good things about David and his expertise. He was very knowledgeable and efficient at helping us sell our home within 2 days of putting it on the market. His excellent preparation and homework provided us with a market analysis and recommendations for upgrades to sell the property. His professionalism and frequent communications were great to keep us posted on all activities throughout the process. As an added benefit, his prior contracting experience helped us to get repairs and quotes needed after the contracting with no problems at all, which was critical as we had limited time.

David not only knows the local Baltimore market, but in a previous life was a contractor. This knowledge helps him see through homes for potential buyers as to what can and cannot be done, and has a handle on costs and potential pitfalls. Additionally, a seller would benefit from David's understanding of how to get your home in the best sellable shape for maximum resale. Honest and ethical, but also knows how to get in and negotiate for you. And he is on top of things -- your deal is his priority.

David was a phenomenal person to work with. As this was my first real estate transaction (and I am located out of state). David was a true partner in guiding me through the entire process. He spent a lot of time educating me and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and he was proactive in managing the process. His comparable/valuation analysis was spot-on and the selling strategy (for a unique property) was very successful. I received the targeted offer amount after just a few weeks on the market. He is honest, level-headed, responsive and just a generally good person to work with in what can often be a stressful event.

To anyone who is looking for an agent: David Tomasko is essentially the best person you could work with ever. He is knowledgeable about the process (and also ready to educate himself about any quirks in the situation), diligent far above and beyond the call of duty, insanely responsive, and also just a genuinely nice person to work with. The process of buying my home was an abnormally complicated situation at every turn, and I am convinced that I wouldn't have actually been able to make it happen had I worked with anyone else. I also probably would have gone completely insane. David is extremely professional, but also truly cares about people as human beings. I couldn't recommend him more.

Dave helped me sell my row home this summer. I met with another agent in addition to Dave, and decided to go with Dave because I sensed that he understood my needs and also had a much better handle on the market in my neighborhood. We were under contract in 2 days for over the asking price. While Dave was great to work with as a seller (trustworthy, gave good guidance and good negotiation skills), it is as a buyer that I have come to appreciate just how good he is. I "inherited" another realtor for my house hunting out of state. Though she is a wonderful person, I haven't found the guidance I need for several important decisions I've had to make. I've contacted Dave several times to get his expertise and each time he's helped me to weigh pros and cons in order to make a sound decision. I'm so appreciative. He is not my realtor anymore but has done this nevertheless. You can be assured you'll be in good hands with him as your realtor!
