Rachel Rabinowitz, GRI

Rachel Rabinowitz GRI is the broker and owner of guerilla realty, the real estate division of the guerilla companies. She is also the principal of the newly formed guerilla gallery. 

Working in real estate, Rachel and her colleague David Tomasko are known for their representation of creative clients in real estate transactions including artists, patrons, curators, architects, designers, and musicians. Whether it’s pursuit of a live / work space, a country farmhouse, or a giant warehouse. Real estate for creatives is their specialty. 

Rachel’s sold a wide variety of properties throughout the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan region including residential, commercial, and land. She’s a devoted fan of mid-century modern residences. 

In addition to selling real estate, Rachel has managed the brokerage overseeing the sale of over $140,000,000 of Maryland real estate and climbing. Her work at guerilla realty has also included mentorship for her real estate agents. 

She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Maryland Realtors, and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors where she has served on the Education Committee, the Equal Opportunity Committee, and the Public Policy Committee.

Working in art, Rachel has worked at local auction houses and local art galleries. Volunteer work includes 11 years as a docent at the Baltimore Museum of Art. Along with her husband Joseph, principal of guerilla construction, she’s a noted contemporary art collector.

A Graduate of The Park School, The George Washington University, and The Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, Rachel is a native Baltimorean with a worldly perspective. Her favorite role is mom to her daughter Eden.
